Welcome to SeniorHelpLaw. These terms govern your access to and use of our website and services. By engaging with SeniorHelpLaw, located at 290 Bremner Boulevard, Toronto, Ontario M5V 3L9, Canada, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

SeniorHelpLaw provides:

1. Legal Services for Seniors  One-on-one consultations, document preparation, and representation regarding elder law.
2. Information Products  Digital guides, webinars, and templates on topics related to seniors legal needs.
3. Goods  Physical materials or printed resources.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and must be paid prior to service delivery or product shipment. We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any fees required to complete the transaction.

3. Refund Policy

SeniorHelpLaw is committed to fair policies regarding refunds and rescheduling. See the sections below for details by service type.

3.1 Legal Services for Seniors

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a consultation up to 48 hours before the appointment at no additional fee.
• Cancellations: If you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full credit toward a future service.
• No-Refund Services: Customized document drafting and representation services are non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated upon acceptance. We commit significant staff time to prepare files, thus no credit or refund is possible once work has commenced.

3.2 Information Products

• Digital guides and webinars are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• To request a refund, please contact us using the contact form. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
• Requests after 14 days or after significant content access are not eligible for a refund.

3.3 Goods

• Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns should be sent to 290 Bremner Boulevard, Toronto, Ontario M5V 3L9, Canada.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Limitation of Liability

SeniorHelpLaws total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
